Saturday Skills Training
Join us Saturday mornings at Herkimer College for basketball skills training and strength training (high school athletes) with our experienced coaching staff. Sessions are limited to 15 spots per group to ensure quality, individualized instruction.

High School Program:
Our high school sessions combine basketball skills training with strength training, designed to help athletes build the physical foundation and on-court skills needed to compete at the next level. Led by our experienced coaching staff, each session focuses on developing strength, speed, and basketball IQ in a structured, small-group setting. Strength and conditioning is led by Devon Flynn, current strength coach at Utica University and incoming strength coach at Vassar College this fall.

Middle School Program:
Our middle school sessions focus on developing fundamental basketball skills in a structured, supportive environment. Led by our experienced coaching staff, each session emphasizes ball handling, shooting mechanics, footwork, and basketball IQ to help young athletes build a strong foundation for the game.
